ARC OF ONE PIECE

EAST BLUE SAGA

The Straw Hat Crew Origins By the end of the saga, the "East Blue Five" are assembled. Each member joins with their own personal dream

ALABASATA

he Straw Hats arrive in the desert kingdom of Alabasta to help Princess Nefertari Vivi save her country. The kingdom is on the brink of collapse due to a massive drought and a brewing rebellion, all secretly orchestrated by a criminal syndicate. Luffy and his crew must race across the scorching sands to reach the capital, Alubarna, to stop the final confrontation between the Royal Army and the Rebels.

SKYPIYEA ARC

The Skypiea Arc is one of the most adventurous and imaginative segments of One Piece. It takes the crew away from the Blue Sea and sends them 10,000 meters into the clouds to find a legendary "Island in the Sky."

THRILLER PARK

The Straw Hats sail into the Florian Triangle, a sea shrouded in perpetual mist, where they encounter a massive, drifting island-ship called Thriller Bark. The crew is lured into a trap by a crew of undead monsters who steal their shadows to power a zombie army.

WATER 7 ARC

The Water 7 Arc is widely considered one of the emotional high points of One Piece. It marks a massive turning point for the Straw Hat crew, transitioning from lighthearted adventure to high-stakes political intrigue and internal conflict.

SABAODY ARCHIPELAGO ARC

The Sabaody Archipelago Arc is one of the most significant "vibe shifts" in One Piece. It takes the Straw Hats from the height of their confidence and completely deconstructs the crew, setting the stage for the massive "Paramount War" saga.

FISHMAN ISLAND ARC

The Fish-Man Island Arc is the first official arc after the two-year timeskip. It serves as a showcase for how much the Straw Hats have grown in power, but more importantly, it tackles the deepest historical and social themes in One Piece: racism, inherited hatred, and the cycle of revenge.

DRESSROSE ARC

The Dressrosa Arc is one of the longest and most complex arcs in One Piece. It is famous for its vibrant, Spanish-inspired setting, its massive cast of characters, and one of the series' greatest villains: Donquixote Doflamingo.

WHOLE CAKE ISLAND

The Whole Cake Island Arc shifts the genre of One Piece into a "Gothic Fairytale" nightmare. It’s a rescue mission that feels more like a heist, taking place in the heart of Totto Land, the territory of the Emperor Big Mom.

WANO

The Wano Country Arc is the longest and most ambitious arc in One Piece history. It serves as the climax of a saga building since Punk Hazard, pitting the Straw Hat alliance against the combined might of two Emperors: Kaido and Big Mom.

EGG HEAD ARC

The Egghead Arc is the first arc of the Final Saga of One Piece. It is a massive "lore dump" arc that finally starts answering mysteries that have been teased for over 25 years. It transitions the story from the traditional pirate adventure into a high-tech, sci-fi thriller.

ELBAF ARC

The Elbaf Arc (or Elbaph) is currently unfolding as the second major arc of the Final Saga. After over 20 years of anticipation, the Straw Hats have finally reached the land of the Giants, and the stakes have shifted from a simple adventure to the literal "spark" of the final world war.
